Orders & Shipping
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We hope to expand to more regions in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do!
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 4–8 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout and usually arrives within 2–3 business days. This excludes our warehouse handling time.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate applies and will be shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Yes. All products sold in Australia comply with local labelling regulations and include full English ingredient lists either on the packaging or on the product description page on our website.
Return & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@koreanbeauty.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The funds will appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 additional business days.
