FRUDIA Citrus Brightening Toner is a Vitamin C rich facial toner made with 86% tangerine extract. This brightening and whitening facial toner works by suppressing melanin production to prevent dark spots, hyperpigmentation; while restoring hydration levels and smoothing out uneven skin tone. Niacinamide is added to give the skin an illuminated, refined and silky smooth finish. With fast absorbing texture, it can be used at any time of the day and suitable for all skin types.
